1. Company Overview
Sellier Vintage offers for sale authentic second-hand luxury fashion items and accessories. The complete legal information of the company is available in the legal notice section of the website.
2. Products
Each item is described as accurately as possible. As the products are second-hand or vintage items, they may present: slight signs of use; irregularities related to age; normal variations in color or wear. These elements do not constitute defects but contribute to the authentic character of the product. Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes and cannot guarantee a perfectly accurate reproduction of colors or textures depending on the screen used.
3. Availability
Items offered are available while stocks last. Sellier Vintage reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of: a stock error; a quality issue detected before shipment; a manifest error in price or description. In such cases, the customer will be fully refunded without any additional compensation being claimable.
4. Prices
Prices displayed are indicated in euros (€). Sellier Vintage reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is validated. Any customs duties, local taxes or import fees outside the European Union remain exclusively the responsibility of the customer.
5. Payment
Payments are secured through third-party payment service providers. Sellier Vintage reserves the right to: refuse an order; request additional supporting documents; cancel a suspicious transaction; suspend an order in the event of suspected fraud.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates. Sellier Vintage cannot be held responsible for: delays caused by carriers; customs blockages; losses or damages caused after the package has been handed over to the carrier. Risk is transferred to the customer upon handover of the package to the carrier. The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of their delivery address.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to submit a return request. However: return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer; items must be returned in their original condition; any item that has been used, worn, perfumed, modified or damaged may be refused. Sellier Vintage reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions. Refunds are processed after inspection and validation of the return.
8. Authenticity
All items sold by Sellier Vintage are inspected before being listed for sale. In the event of a dispute regarding authenticity after purchase, no claim can be considered without a contradictory expert assessment carried out by a recognized organization previously accepted by Sellier Vintage. Any modification, repair or alteration of the product after receipt cancels any possibility of claim.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sellier Vintage cannot be held responsible for: indirect damages; loss of business; financial losses; misuse of products; reactions related to materials or normal wear of vintage items. Sellier Vintage's liability is strictly limited to the amount of the order concerned.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, photographs, logo, visual identity, descriptions, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, use or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
11. Customer Account
Sellier Vintage reserves the right to suspend or delete a customer account in the event of: abuse; fraud; harmful behavior; repeated or abusive disputes.
12. Force Majeure
Sellier Vintage cannot be held responsible for a delay or inability to perform caused by an event beyond its control: natural disaster; war; strike; logistical failure; computer problem; administrative decision; pandemic.
13. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Sellier Vintage's registered office.
